Janeen Collier and Jo Dartnall are long time friends who share a passion for property management and real estate. Both have been high achievers in real estate sales and hold a current property managers licence. Janeen has served as a front line Police Officer, Jo has had many years in both sales and admin. Intelligent, articulate and full of fun, they also share a commitment to maintaining the highest possible standards and delivering exceptional value to their clients.
One aspect that makes these women special is their enthusiasm for continually learning better ways to serve their clients.
Janeen & Jo started Wise Property Management Ltd out of frustration of not being able to secure good management for their own properties. Having spotted a ‘gap’ in the market they decided that it was high time that an owner operated independent company be set up.
This means they take personal responsibility for the smooth management of your property making the management process as effective and efficient as possible - but with the back-up of top quality, professional management systems behind them.
